Shipping & Delivery
We take care to carefully package all items for a secure journey. Custom orders will be shipped on the same day in working days or within 2-3 business days in weekends.
We use DHL Express and Standard UzPost Airmail. Estimated Delivery time to USA and to other Countries with DHL Express around 5-7 business days after shipping. Estimated Delivery time to USA and to other Countries with Standard UzPost Airmail around 15-21 business days after shipping.
Please Note, we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/customs fees charged by other countries at customs. This tax is the responsibility of the buyer solely.
After the shipping process, you can typically expect the following steps to take place:
1. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
2. Transit Time:
The time it takes for your order to reach its destination depends on the shipping method. We use DHL delivery service and it takes normaly 5-7 days after shipping.
3. Delivery:
The Courier service will deliver your package to the specified shipping address.
Ensure that someone is available to receive the package.
4. Confirmation of Delivery:
Once the package has been successfully delivered, you may receive another email confirming the delivery.
