Exchange and Return Policy

If the product you ordered isn't quite what you expected, don't worry! We are here to assist you through Return Process. Please follow the simple steps:

1. Reach out to us within 3 working days of recieving your order.
2. Fold or roll the product for easy packaging.
3. Ensure the item is securely packed: Smaller packages mean lower shipping cost.
4. Take a note of the item's dimensions and weight for accurate shipping.
5. Obtain a shipping quote from DHL, UPS or FedEx - choose the option most convenient for you (DHL is recommended)
6. You have 15 days from the data of receiving your order to return it to us.
7. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering all shipping taxes and customs expenses associated with returning the orders. We appreciate your understanding!
